These Terms apply to all such engagements unless expressly modified in writing.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Systems integration and interoperability solutions
• Cloud infrastructure design and migration
• IT consulting and strategic technology planning
• Cybersecurity assessment and architecture design

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and software, is the property of Great Zheng or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. With respect to client projects, ownership of deliverables and intellectual property rights will be specified in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Great Zheng retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, tools, methodologies, and know-how used in the delivery of services.

5. Client Obligations

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery.

• Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be set forth in the applicable service agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. Great Zheng reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received when due.

7. Confidentiality

Great Zheng acknowledges that in the course of providing services, we may receive confidential and proprietary information from clients. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information, to use it solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services, and to protect it using measures no less rigorous than those we use to protect our own confidential information. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Great Zheng and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Great Zheng during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that our services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in the applicable service agreement. Great Zheng reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Peoples Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
